1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using CorpusBrain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

CorpusBrain is a hosted knowledge-base and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) service. We provide tools to upload documents, manage a private knowledge base, and ask questions against your indexed content.

3. Accounts and security

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use CorpusBrain to:

  • Upload, store, or process illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the API beyond reasonable usage limits.
  • Interfere with the stability, security, or performance of the service.

5. Payments and subscriptions

  • Fees are charged according to the plan you select and billed through Stripe.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel at any time from the Settings page. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload. We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the service.

The CorpusBrain name, logo, software, and interface are our property and may not be copied without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

CorpusBrain is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated answers may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CorpusBrain operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
